Welcome to AlistoIR Enterprise, a Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) platform ("Service") operated by AJMX IT Security ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
AlistoIR Enterprise provides a cloud-based SOAR platform that integrates with Wazuh and other security tools to support security operations, incident response, case management, threat intelligence enrichment, and analyst collaboration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which may be required by your organization's administrator.
The Service is offered under subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise). Plan limits — including monthly alert quotas, user counts, and feature access — are defined in your subscription settings. Exceeding limits may result in service interruption until the next billing period or plan upgrade.
All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your contract.
You may not use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including tenant isolation, encrypted storage, and access controls.
The Service is designed to process security telemetry, including IP addresses, file hashes, and network indicators. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable laws, including the NPC's guidelines on personal data collected through cybersecurity activities.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Wazuh, cloud providers, threat intelligence APIs) or force majeure events.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal security operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription by providing 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
